th birthday, the party was in Firle (11 miles east of Brighton) and I rushed back inbetween pressies and party to shoot. So this ones for you Martha, maybe your'll appreciate it more when you are older! We were swayed by gallery visitors to abandon our usual busy 4 image top layout in favour of this swanky copper enthralling the crowed for the 2011 calendar. The interaction between the older couple and the ‘copper’ is obviously what holds it together as a decent shot. 'Pride' continues to be an important factor in giving confidence to individuals to be 'who they are' and confront homophobia. Over 100,000 people including families and all sexual persuasions celebrate the colour and diversity of a very important and integral part of the city's population.
